Here goes my pedometer results. I borrowed this from a friend and omg I love it! Here is just a taste of what I have done today :)
Workout Tip Starts Today!
That is right. I am starting today with 1 fitness tip a day for 30 days:)
Tip one: Awesome music!
You read that right. Put on some awesome music that has a beat to it and watch what happens. If it is a beat you like, you will catch yourself moving to the beat even while sitting. Guess what, your burning calories! Especially if you engage your abs as you are moving to the beat. I actually sit in a rocking chair and rock to the beat as I am listening to the beats. Today I have put together an awesome workout playlist to make you move in your seat. All of them are by women and are motivational for any situation you are in. From losing weight to personal issues. All will keep you moving and without even thinking about it, you will be moving and burning cals :)
I would recommend getting something like Spotify. It is free and lots of great music on it!

WOOP WOOP!
Now that I am getting followers, I will do 10 sit ups daily for every follower I get from now till 2-7-13 :) Come on guys! Put my tush to work :) Work -out that is ;)
Crazy Idea!
Ok guys I have an awesomely Awesome Idea! I am thinking of setting up a work out area where we all can swap work out clothes and other work out things like video's and such and give good tips on some awesome work outs clothes and such! What do you guys think? DO you think it will be a good idea? If so let me know and I will set up a forum for all of us to go to and say what we have to trade and what we need :) What a great way to help each other out! I hope soon I will have the little bit I do have to offer as I have increased my workouts today to an hr and going to try to stick with an hr work out for now till I can up it to 1.5 then 2+. SO give me your impute. I would LOVE to get it set up if you all like!

XOXO Pink Review!!
That is right! I am doing a pink review! I love pink and blue and when I came across this awesome Racer back bra that of course is hot pink! To add to it... It was $3.. Hey Ho! YAY! I couldn't pass the deal up. I got it at Ross! But it is comfortable and I admit... I had to do a jump test in the dressing room ;) The girls didn't pop out or hurt so it was a winning PLUS!
I needed to get use to it as I am not use to the Racer Back between my shoulder-blades. But after about an hr of wearing it and a little bit more of a workout...... I am in love with this. The material on the girls are a little thin and it does keep rolling a bit under the arms but for the most part it is comfy.
It is a little smaller than the normal bra's I have been wearing so that means I have lost some of the back boobs. Which makes me want to work out even more to lose even more weight :)

Ok guys I am adding LOTS of pink in this post cause I have some awesome news! I got the ok to do the Dallas Texas Pretty Dirty 5k Run/Walk!!!! Yay it is awesome news!!! I am going to hold him to it on letting me go! I am not doing it to win it but I am doing it to finish it! So I can tell myself and my children " I did it. I completed a 5k and I will do whatever it takes to make sure me and my family are healthy and would love to do it again" I am working to a goal of doing 5, 5k's in 5 years and a healthier me buy this time next year.
Now the hard part.... Costumes! I have read about the run that they also award for the most creative costumes. Well, I would LOVE to win that! I know it is hard with hubs not being 100% on board with it and me going to have to look for free clothes to wear for it but whatever I get, I can try to add to it to make it Fabtastic!!! After talking to a few who have done this run before, I know I need to STAY AWAY FROM COTTON!!! SO I am looking for some shorts or capris with a wicking top for me to wear. I was thinking also of wearing pink but I really am not picky as I will wear what I can get! Like my mom says.. beggars can't be choosers.
I would absolutely LOVE to get down and dirty in this run. I mean I am a country girl so mud is second nature to me. It, to me Is better than one of those expensive mud baths and facials that people pay much money on. Shoot, It is free and if it was bad for you, I would be dead already lol.
Today was an awesome day! I walked to the school and back to get my kids with my son on my back. As we walked I would bounce up and down to the bunny hop dance lol. I bet I looked goofy but he loved it! He would even go " GO MOMMY GO, GO MOMMY GO!!!" It made me want to do more :) My husband n the other hand.... Not so much. He tried to say this afternoon that he don't think I should go to the run due to the fact that I can't take the kids with me on the run. SO one of the girls that wants to go with me, and will drive me up their, volunteered her husband to watch my kids. Then he was like, "IF I pay this fee, I wont be able to buy you anything to wear for it. I also won't be able to give you any money to buy anything while you are up their" So it seems he is trying to talk me out of doing it! I am not gonna let that stop me. I am going to look around and try to find any that someone is giving away or IF I have to, I will wear cotton and jeans if I have to. I will not let him make me feel horrible for trying to do something good for me! It is time for me to hold my head up high through the storm ahead and tred on!

Ok First off, I have a really high iron level so I was told to get a multivitamin that has no iron in it . Levels are norm around 19. I use to take women's one a day active matabolism with no issue but due to my iron levels I was told to stop :( I have tried prenatals, I have tried centrum and even the equate vitamin all of them make me throw up. I take them with food so I shouldn't be throwing up. Now I am trying the Alive! women's 50+ and it still makes me throw up. I can hold down the fish oils perfectly but when it comes to the multivitamins.... my body isn't having it :( Even the flinstones make me throw up. Can someone please HELP!
Tuesday's semi Rest day!
Yesterday was soo hard to rest. I mean I wanted to get up and go! But I fought the urge and made myself rest. Who knew how bad I really needed it after the week I have had lol. I did have to go get my kids from school so I did have to go do that which was walking for 20 min pretty fast and burned 129 calories. Along with I went outside and played soccer with my kids for 10 min and was like eek it is suppose to be my rest day so Sat down and cheered them on as they played! lol

Mondays Start up!
Today not only did I paint the room by myself, I took the kids to the park! Where we played soccer, and chase and walked around the whole park's walking trail! Woop Woop :)
It took me 6 hrs on the girls room room due to it taking 3 coats plus all the patch work and such but I did it and boy was I tired ! I burned 2127 calories. I fell asleep as soon as my bottom touched the couch lol. SO I figured Wed... would be a good day to rest! Well semi rest as I had to walk to go get the girls from school. Will post pics soon of the park :)
