Whipping up some Cocktails

Just like with any cocktail, You have to have all the ingredients in front of you ready to go! To make the perfect cocktails, you have to LEARN what you need, FOCUS on the task at hand, DETERMINATION to get it done right, Then you can EARN your reward with a nice perfect cocktail! Same thing with weight loss. You have to Learn to eat healthy and to work out. You have To Focus on your goal and picture the end results you want in your head. Then you have to have the Determination to want to follow through. Then you can reap your rewards with a nice healthy body and a brand new you.



 So with that being said, I am going to lay out my ingredients (mini goals) So I can end up making my perfect cocktail come true. These are not in any order but they will be goals I set to myself to accomplish and then I will get the Pleasure of crossing them out one by one till my cocktail is complete!

Weight Cocktails
  • 225 (10% body weight lost)
  • 220 (on the road to a healthier me)
  • 210 (weight less than before son)
  • 205 (20% of body weight lost)
  • 199 - GOODBYE 200'S
  • 195 (half way their)
  • 175 (weight before my youngest daughter)

  • 150 (weight before Oldest Daughter)
  • 145- Finally in a healthy BMI Range
