Day one on my journey to a fit me

Ok guys. Today I had about a cup of scrambles eggs with ham and turkey in it. For lunch had 4 slices of thin crust pizza with BBQ sauce and chicken with peperoni. For dinner I had about a cup of beef Ramen with the juices left in. I didn't work out I know but I am going to try to do that tomorrow. :) Here's to wishful thinking and planning. Tomorrow is another Day :)
