This week has been kinda sluggish for me. even though I have lost 3.5 inches this week, still doesn't make it any less sluggish. I have gone from working my tush off all these weeks but this week I have been so busy that working out has been kinda tough. I gained 2 lbs and I have to blame it on the stress and me just having a bad week. I can't blame it on anyone else but me. So with that being said, I will be taking back my body this next week. Doing more cardio and better eating.
With that, here is my next weeks meal plan. I will be adding the recipes to some of these to my meal page on the left hand side of this post. I really hope you guys think they are as yummy as I am hoping they are too. Most are from the Paleo Diet. I know I am giving in and trying something new. Well I am mixing this diet with the clean eating diet for one awesome mix on a new food plan :)
Over the next few days, I will post a weekly meal plan and ad them together each week to form a monthly plan for all of you to enjoy. Then you can get a chance to try them yourself. How does that sound? Awesome huh. well here is my next weeks meal plan followed by this weeks updated pictures :)
Monday: Baked Country Style Ribs and a Salad
Tuesday: Dogs in a Garden
Wed.: Chicken Salad with Almonds
Thursday: Turkey Taco's
Friday: Chicken Parmesan

Don't worry so much about the scale ;-) Your weight can fluctuate as much as 5lbs in one day. You are doing great!
Aph,am always saying "get rid of the scale", this is exactly why. The ups and downs and yo-yo head games it plays on us. I have finally learned at this age and stage in my life that once I made a choice to live the healthy lifestyle and incorporate it EVERY day into our family, that my body will take care of the rest. It truly is that easy. Sure for some more difficult than others because everyone has a different start point or issues, but teaching, training and committing to healthy CLEAN and real eating along with exercise is what truly works :) Stop being hard on yourself and be proud of the evey day accomplishment you achieve (big or small) xooxx
I know, TBH I am afraid my OCD is toying with me. My husband says I am either addicted to the scale or the tape. I have a thing for numbers. Always have. It is just really hard to not focus on one or the other. I will try to focus on something else. Like trying to get a dry erase board or magnetic board for me to use to visualize the number of workouts I have to do so I am not focusing on a scale or tape number. Then start counting my progress with it.
Just a heads up to everyone... I have 2 reviews in store for this week So far :)
