Run Run As fast as you can.... Challenge

That is absolutely true when you are trying to lose weight. With me training to do my 1st 5k... I am running a lot! Shhh, the Dr. said no running but never said I couldn't jog *snickers* So with less than 4 months till the race, I still have to lose 50 lbs. I know this will be majorly hard but I am determined to do it! Hubs was given a bicycle so when he doesn't use it, I will. Talk about getting my early morning workouts :) No way am I gonna sit by and let the fat take over me. Not anymore. When I stepped on the scale and saw I had gained and haven't lost any inches, I got mad. Now it is time for me to say goodbye flab and hello size 7. At this point, I don't care what I have to do as long as it is healthy and I get my weight to what I need to get it at. Starting with getting some old tractor tires for me to flip and rope ladders for me to to run :)

I will lose weight! I will not back down! I don't care who laughs at me by what I wear when I work out. Jeans or not Sweat is in and fat is out! Who is with me?  If you are all in... Reply in the comments FLAB BE GONE, HELLO SEXY SWEAT!!!

CHALLENGE!!!!!!

On Top of the other week challenge, I want to challenge you to a run off! The run off challenge is pretty simple. I would love for you guys to start this week by running or walking 5 miles total in this week. Then next week, I want you to crank it up and walk/run 7 1/2 miles. Then week 3 I want you to crank it up to an awesome 10 miles either walked or run.  So by the end of the month, we all will have walked 22 1/2 miles. Yeah it seems Like a lot but when you are trying to lose weight and actually look at it, week one is less than a mile a day. The last week is less than 2 a day. Not really much if you ask me. These are to go on top of your other workouts. I know working out can be hard in this time of a lot of your busy schedules, but look at it as you being able to have some me time. Getting in touch with your inner self! Not only will you feel better in the end, but running/walking is a great stress reliever! Who doesn't need that :) Post your comments and replies below to tell me what you think!

I LOVE your energy!!! Very cool to have found you vis the Fitness Town #fit2013 tweetup last night. I am excited to watch your 'Flab be gone, Hello sexy sweat!' challenge! 50 lbs is totally doable, but you know that! Dai and I have been lucky to be a part of numerous transformations over the past year, where people have lost 10-125 plus pounds...crazy inspiring! Please keep @daimanuel and @mom_ontherun updated! So awesome :)

Thank you! In total by next yr I need to be down 130 lbs. The 50 needs to be gone by June. Well it was suppose to be gone by June lol. :) Thank you for the encouraging words. I so loved the twitter chat last night. It made me get up and do 10 walk out burpees and 20 crickets :) I was so happy when I went to bed and even happier this morning when I walked a mile and then did 25 min circuit training with burpees and crickets and much more :)

Coming to you by way of Mouse in the Kitchen. It's so very cool what you're doing over here. And I love that you're using MyFitnessPal. It's one of my favorite products (and one of the best when trying to lose weight).
