Tuesday's semi Rest day!

Yesterday was soo hard to rest. I mean I wanted to get up and go! But I fought the urge and made myself rest. Who knew how bad I really needed it after the week I have had lol. I did have to go get my kids from school so I did have to go do that which was walking for 20 min pretty fast and burned 129 calories. Along with I went outside and played soccer with my kids for 10 min and was like eek it is suppose to be my rest day so Sat down and cheered them on as they played! lol
